Safari Eatz is a food experience company. Specializing in bringing the culture and flavors of East Africa to our local community. Currently we operate a food truck travelling around the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area sharing our delicious dishes. All our dishes are freshly prepared and inspired by Chef Andrew Mlamba. He brings authentic flavors from the coastal region of Mombasa, Kenya. Our clients love our food and whole foods with delicious spices.

To create incredibly delicious East African Food to share with our family and friends around the world. Our focus is to give back to our local community and support projects to help the youth in Kenya. All while creating a culture where all our employees thrive.

Safari Eatz is a Afro infusion food experience catering company. All our recipes are inspired by Chef Andrew Mlamba a native of Mombasa. This coastal region of Kenya is the homeland of the native Swahili language where many of the authentic dishes are influenced by the Indian and Arabic cultures. Safari Eatz brings tasty street foods,
traditional dishes and an authentic culturally experience with every visit.
